Rates & Fees
Transparency is important to us. Below you'll find detailed information about our rates and fee structure.
In Texas, payday loans are typically arranged by Credit Access Businesses (CABs). The State of Texas does not cap interest rates on payday loans, meaning APRs can range significantly, often between 400% and 600% or higher. However, Fort Worth local ordinances provide specific protections: your maximum loan amount cannot exceed 20% of your gross monthly income. Lenders will charge fees for arranging the loan (the CAB fee) plus interest on the principal. If you choose an installment structure, Fort Worth law requires the principal to be reduced by at least 25% with each renewal or payment, helping you pay off the loan faster and avoid endless debt cycles.
